Boboli is thrilled to be caring Italian leather goods line Valextra.
Founded in 1937 in Milan, Valextra bags are timeless and sophisticated.
After 90 years, the workshops remain in Italy and house carefully trained artisans. Leather goods are handmade and are given a unique number upon completion. This number references the artisan who created the piece as well as the exact material used. The level of care in Valextra's production is of the utmost importance.
Fine leather from the surrounding area in Italy and Southern France is selected for the two phase tanning process. Base dying followed by refining ensures quality and water resistance. Leather is then stamped with Valextra's signature Dauphin print. Leather goods boast 26 color options as well as detailing including full leather lining and hand painted ink piping.
Drawing design inspiration from architecture and the city in which they were founded Valextra leather goods epitomize understated Milanese style. The result is the ultimate in form meeting function.
